Since yesterday is a very popular slogan. This phrase expresses  solidarity with the victims of a terrorist attack. Yesterday evening the terrorists ISIS  made an attack in some central areas of Paris. It's a big challenge for France. French President decided to close the borders of the country. In France is  state of emergency. There are more than 100 victims yesterday's catastrophe and even more injured. Terrorists threaten further attacks. Now France is in national mourning. What will happen next? Which decisions are made by the president of France? Let us be up to date. All we can it is commemorate minute of silence all the victims of yesterday's assassination.

Sales- occasion or waste of money?

         Who likes sales? Almost every woman. It's an opportunity to buy clothes or cosmetics in a really lower price. tags tempt even 80% lower prices. But do we really need all the things which we buy on sell out? From my own experience I know that it's a waste of money. Why? It is simple. Because very often we buy something what we don’t need. It seems that we buy something at a bargain price but unfortunately we never wear this clothes. One of the reasons is fact that this is our whim. We buy it just because it is cheap. For a moment it seems  a great investment. But in the future we wear it  maybe 2-3 times. Clothes just take up space in the wardrobe. Clothes turn out to be unnecessary  expense  of money. If we want to save our money and have in the wardrobe only the clothes that we dress we have to buy more reasonable. It isn’t worth to go shopping to pass the time. Is better to go for a walk. Before shopping is better to do list of clothes which we really need. And another council- buy things of good quality.

Do you like Chinese food?

           Eating is one of the pleasures. Well-cooked meal stimulates our senses. What more, every restaurant has his own unique decor and atmosphere.   It is a delight not only for the table. Eating a delicious dinner in good company is also a pleasure. Today I had the opportunity to spend a pleasant afternoon with my boyfriend in a Chinese restaurant. The restaurant is named Beijing like the capital of China. Unique and  dark, slightly oriental decor caught my attention. Courteous waiter nice us entertained. After a moment's thought, we ordered a set for two. Delicious appetizer only arouse our fancy  to eat main course. Different kinds of meat were superbly cooked. It was great to try new tastes. The servings were really big. We hardly ate everything. After such a solid dose of food we went for a walk. We took advantage of the beautiful autumn weather. Time to start!

October is a month of beginning the new academic year. well rested students return to the university to overcome new difficulties. And I  also find a place among thousands of young people. 3 rd year of philology of French language- I’m coming!

I’m really happy to be there, after 2 year of hard work!. but I realized how much I've learned. our progress is the biggest motivation for further work I supposed. But 3^rd year means Bachelor's thesis. OK, this work  is for all year, but giving a lot of stress every student. What's more, I have to write it in french! Maybe I am not perfect in French, but I believe that hard work will allow me to achieve success. So… how looks like my plan for this semester? The most important is work regularly. Without it we do not learn the language accurately. So do small steps, but which are certain. This is my recipe for success for the next few months. Will I succeed? Keep fingers crossed, please! I will let you know soon about my progress.

Runaway Jury

„Runaway Jury” as an illustration of the imperfections of the US judicial system.

To confirm or refute this thesis at the beginning you need to take a look at American judicial system. It's important to know how it works, to be able to comment on the topic. The United States is renowned for having one of the most sophisticated judicial systems in the world. Every day thousands of people, including law enforcement officers, lawyers, judges, government officials and even accused criminals, take part in this system, hoping to settle disputes and work for justice. One of the keys to this success is a balanced and carefully ordered hierarchy: Several different federal courts control issues relating to federal law and each state has its own set of courts that can adapt to the needs of its people. In an adversarial system, litigants present their cases before a neutral party. The arguments expressed by each litigant (usually represented by lawyers) are supposed to allow the judge or jury to determine the truth about the conflict. The most attention we should focus on a jury and  members, who in the movie "Runaway jury" were the most important characters. Jury is a sworn body of people convened to render an impartial verdict (a finding of fact on a question) officially submitted to them by a court, or to set a penalty or judgment.

This film shows not only the tragic story of a widow, but most of all shows manipulation and the dark side of the trial. We can see how the President of jury, Nickolas Easter makes contact with Fitch's legal consultant company which sells weapons. Marlee is the woman of Nickolas who works with him but she doesn’t sit on the jury. They manipulate the two parties of trial. They guarantee win for millions of dollars.  They have the own purpose and thirst for justice for the done harms. Each viewer in the end  of film can feel calm because the good wins, but he can also feel imperfections of the US judicial system. Why? Because under the law the jury must issue a decision impartially, in own group with a view to the good of  the complainant. If in reality  are such scams as in this film, it proves of the imperfections of the US judicial system.

favorite soap opera

There is no secret, everyone has his favorite television series. Mainly it admit girls. I want to tell you about my favorite childhood TV series. This is " Miodowe lata" ( honey years) from '90. This is  cult Polish series. I remember as a child I watched it with my parents. Now ,even though most episodes I know by heart, I come back to them. Why? Because I laugh to tears.Really,very  nearly makes me laugh so much! I love the innocent humor, without overtones and ambiguities.Returning now to the show, you can see how much has changed in Poland by those 20 years. But the stupidity of the main characters and their adventures still amuse me.I like to watch the episode on a cloudy day, or when I have a bad mood.I can always count on the improvement of humor. Almost all the actors who used to played on the show, now playing in another. It is Ranczo. And  they there also show their unique acting talent.Maybe I love this series so much  because of the talented actors ...? I recommend it all to remind a few episodes in this Sunday afternoon.

Right to vote

Several days ago, in Poland took palce
presidential elections. This is  very media
event.In particular when second ballot, and only 2
candidates. It's my first presidential election in which I could
participate. Therefore, without hesitation I've done my civic
privilege. But one thing saddens
me. The attendance . Why a half of Poles eligible to vote participate in elections
? So little! Maybe if everyone participate in the elections, the result
would have been different, Poland could have other
president. Personally I am not happy
with the result, but ok,

you must respect the choice of the majority. I am saddened by the attitude of people who boycott elections. They often say that politics doesn't interest them, or they don;t have influence for.  It's not true! We need a change in mentality then we change politics.
